Ndoro Dongker Tea House is one of the most love places that I have ever come. Located in the middle of tea garden, make it so perfect. I believe you will feel so happy if you come to here. Cafe Tiga Tjeret

The place was comfortable. Although the name cafe but the menu is traditional such as 'wrap rice' and other variations. Similar to traditional street food called 'Angkringan'  It feels good, affordable prices. Perfect place for relaxing while you hanging out with friends, or family members.

Kusuma Sari Restaurant

This restaurant has been around since I was a kid. The taste and the atmosphere is well-maintained. My favorites are the croquettes, steaks and 'selat'. Repeatedly here but never bored.

Conejo Mexican Fusion

We felt very privileged to find Canejo restaurant so near our hotel (Ibis Styles and Novotel) during our month long stay in Solo. We liked it so much that we ate there every day! The food is always fresh, amazingly crunchy chicken, very clean and crisp lettuce and gourmet drip coffee at bargain prices. Highly recommended!

Marakez Cafe n Resto

The atmosphere of the cafe was pretty convenient, there is a place in the front garden, in the home and backyard. A menu that is served here influenced Middle Eastern flavours with a wide variety of processed beef, goats and sheep.

Diamond International Restaurant

This a Chinese restaurant that is opened 24 hours a day. We stopped by for lunch and had the chicken broth soup and the vegetable broth soup. Both were delicious. For the main courses we had a delicious fried fish in a nice sauce, a tofu and dark chicken dish, a papaya chicken breast dish with no sause, a vegan tofu with vegetables and sauce dish, rice and a lechee hard, white pudding dessert. The papaya chicken dish was my least favorite because I thought it was a little dry. The staff does not speak English so at times this was challenging. They do not have wine and only have beer, juices, coffee, tea. We did try their avocado, chocolate and icecream smoothie which was very tasty. The service was okay.

Home Cafe and Resto

This place serves a very cozy restaurant atmosphere, beautiful and instagrammable! Lots of photo spots here that you can make the most of your social media. In addition, of course, the restaurant serves a wide range of specialty foods you should try, one of which was a mini pizza.

Saffron Resto and Meatshop

Western food restaurant with a authentic taste and luxurious dishes but with rational prices. This restaurant  is very small so if you come late at dinner then you will most likely sit outside (terraces) or even got no table at all.

The menu is quite varied and taste good in the mouth. Food display is decorated with a hefty techniques.

Omah Sinten

This place is located right in front of Pura Mangkunegaran Surakarta, one of the famous tourist attraction in Solo. Bringing the concept of old Javanese, from both the building and its food, the restaurant has its own allure. People who come here actually seemed to "return to the village."

Goela Klapa

The location is in the center of town, Manahan. The menu is pretty much and interesting. It's taste pretty good. Suitable for small scale meetings and seminars. The place is clean. Nice service. Will come back again!

Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS”

For those who like it spicy and less money, the restaurant is highly recommended. The restaurant that has a lot of branches, serves many kinds of chili sauce and a drink, but for those who don't like spicy, there are various vegetables and side dishes ranging from tempe, tofu, chicken, catfish, bawal, snapper, etc. Don't forget to try the spicy squid, fried eggplant and grilled eggplant.

Solo's Bistro Restaurant

The menu is diverse ranging from Chinese food to Italian food. The price offered is quite cheap but the taste and presentation keep-quality.

Lazy Cow Restaurant

Spent the lunch in the 2nd floor with good ambience, strong points are quality of steak - Wagyu Meltique black pepper and beverages meet the expectation, clean, quick service, proactive waiters and strategic location which very easy to find the restaurant. Thats good experience having lunch at your restaurant namely Lazy Cow. Recommended to whom love steak

Pecel Solo - Waroeng Tempo Doeloe

It's almost all about the place itself. Just being there is already glorious. The building, the fence, the tile, the big doors, the windows, all the details gives a feeling of Javanese fine dining.

The menus including all the Javanese must eat like gudeg, liwet, rawon, pecel, garang asem, sop buntut etc; also snacks like gethuk lindri, sosis solo, tempe tahu bacem, tempe mendoan etc; and rare traditional drink like 'coffee beer'.

Very convinient place for eating and business meeting. Nice atmosphere with difference kind of food. Javanese, European and Chinese food. Definitely will stop by on my next trip.

Bale Branti Tea-Art-Culture

Bale Branti located just before Ndoro Donker if you are traveling from Solo. The place not that beautiful compared to its rival because Bale Branti isn't located in the middle of tea plantation.

Food-price was good enough, 7/10 and service also good enough and fast, considering the place is quiet crowded at that time.
